Mike Benak-Estimator/Project Manager

Mike started his employment with S. Haines Co. back in March of 2000, bringing 32 years of construction experience to this company. As an estimator/project manager he will provide a proposal and once the project is awarded, he will see it all the way through
closeout. If there are any questions Mike will work with the General Contractor and/or Owner to get them resolved.
Prior to coming to S. Haines Co. Mike worked for Jewel Food Stores for 18 years. He started as a union carpenter working his way up to a construction manager. He was responsible for creating a budget, overseeing his own carpenter crew, and awarding contracts to sub-contractors for numerous remodeling projects.

Oscar González-Estimator

Oscar González, has been in the construction business for thirty years, mostly spent working in the field and the last 3
he has been an estimator in the SHC office.
Oscar believes a proper estimate is critical to maintaining a strong relationship with your client, whether it be an owner or a builder.

Christine Reardon-Office Manager/Project Assistant

Chris has been in the construction industry for 11 years.
She began in the office of a residential carpentry subcontractor for 3 years and moved to commercial, industrial concrete subcontractors for the past 8 years.

Chris is well versed in construction document requirements. She works closely with the general contractors on projects from beginning to end, in order to meet all document needs.
